A long-term MYOB partner and former Telstra Business Woman of the Year finalist, Amanda Linton of Freedom Accounting Support has just been announced as the 2012 MYOB Partner of the Year.
The coveted accolade recognises a partner’s outstanding achievements and work as an educator, supporter and advisor of MYOB clients.
CEO Tim Reed presented the award to Ms Linton at the recent MYOB Partner Connection Gala event in Melbourne.
“Amanda and her team demonstrate exceptional qualities as a partner, with a proven track record in business innovation, positive client experience and strong business promotion and sales. We value highly Freedom Accounting Support’s work in helping improve MYOB products and solutions on offer to business owners,” he says.
“Amanda is a well-respected member of our partner community and clearly exhibits the importance of their business offering. She is very deserving of this year’s award.”
Ms Linton says, “In a community of such committed partners, I’m humbled to be recognised by such a prestigious award as Partner of The Year. We’re entering a very exciting time in the ongoing development of MYOB business management solutions. As we continue to make our move into the online access space, I for one am 100 per cent confident that MYOB will continue to be the market leaders for the best accounting solution for bookkeeping providers and SMEs alike.
“My team and I at Freedom Accounting Support are committed to providing the best bookkeeping and accounting solutions for our clients. Most small businesses don’t have the means to have their own accountant on staff or to constantly call their accountant for day to day queries. Freedom exists to build a team of trusted advisors around a business owner and to bridge that gap.
“We’re committed to giving small business a cost-efficient support option for their payroll, bookkeeping and compliance requirements. Having a solid foundation company such as MYOB behind us gives both our team and our clients’ peace of mind that we have a reliable platform from which to deliver those services and that we are here to stay.”
