I’m sure you’re all super busy right now – preparing your businesses for either the busiest of quietest week of the year, attending many year-end functions and dealing with the pressure of having to come up with some new year’s resolutions!  I’ll therefore be brief.

I hope you all have a great end to 2011!  It has been a hard year for many businesses.  Consumer and business confidence has been up and down like a yoyo, making it very difficult to plan and to make decisions.  The mining boom and online revolution have either been a gift or a curse depending on the impact on your business.

Here’s to hoping that 2012 is a better year.  That the European debt crisis settles down, the US are able to come to a budget agreement and that China continues its economic growth – collectively these three things will bring confidence to our economy which will flow through to improved conditions for SMEs.
