Introducing MYOB Logins
We’re connecting our various products and services under a single-sign-in called MYOB Logins. Why? To make it easier for your MYOB practice software to talk to our cloud-based products and services.
What will MYOB Logins do for you?
In the short term, it offers added convenience. Once you’re logged into your practice software, you can switch seamlessly into Essentials, AccountRight and so on. More importantly, 2015 will see a dramatic boost in the rate at which we’re rolling out new online services, and we’re sure you’ll want to be first in line for each new time-saver!
Having a single MYOB sign-in means you and your team:
- Save time and reduce frustration by aligning your employees MYOB AE or MYOB AO login details with their my.MYOB login credentials. This will reduce the number of times they need to type in user names and passwords during each working day.
- Use the same username and password to access your practice solution and existing online services such as AccountRight, Essentials Accounting and Essentials Cashbook.
- Will be ready for more online MYOB solutions coming in 2015 and beyond.
Why do it now?
Firstly, it’s just smarter to get this out of the way now, before tax time and all the other distractions which will inevitably pile up later on. Our support teams stand ready to help you with any questions you may have, or problems you may encounter along the way.
Also, and this is important – you need to have this in place before installing the March updates, and the March updates are a prerequisite for the June compliance update!
In other words, MYOB Logins will be the only way to sign in after the June compliance release.
Getting it done today means you’ll be ready to take advantage of handy tools like MYOB OnTheGo right now. Plus, it’s one less username and password to remember at this stage, and that’s always a good thing!
What if I don’t do it now?
In the very near future (June 2015), your MYOB products and services will have single sign in functionality via MYOB Logins. Getting it done now means you don’t have to worry about doing it at the last minute in the future. It only takes a few minutes per employee, and you’ll only have to do this once. If you leave it to the last minute, both you and our support teams will be a lot busier, and you may regret putting this off!
