In the event of any breach of a statutory condition or warranty, MYOB’s liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. You assume the risk of reading and acting upon information from any postings made within The Pulse by users other than MYOB moderators. MYOB is not responsible or liable to you for any loss or damage caused by use of The Pulse, reliance on information obtained through The Pulse or otherwise arising from unauthorised, inaccurate or unlawful content.

The Pulse is designed to encourage widespread interaction among the MYOB community, made up of users with different levels of expertise. Don’t belittle people for asking simple questions or making simple posts. It diminishes the value of the forum for all.
No SPAM
A firm No-SPAM policy is in effect and is strictly enforced by the moderator and SPAM filters have been put in place. Violators will be banned from the forums.
No Flames or Personal Attacks
Each participant is accountable for his or her own messages. Please take care in how you express your comments. Failure to grasp the tone of a post is a common cause of angry replies, or “flames.” Please keep “flames” off the site.
Add Value and Be Concise
Only post a reply if and when you have something constructive to share. In general, keep your messages concise as shorter posts are also more likely to be read.
