1. How do I add a new authoriser?

Please complete the  Change of Authoriser Details form (PDF 53KB) . This form needs to be signed by the business owner/s & the new authorisers. The new authoriser will also need to create an Authoriser Application Form from within the software. Please refer to the  Creating Authorisers for MYOB M-Powered Services (PDF 66KB) instructions.
Please return your request to the M-Powered Team, and allow 2 business days for processing.

NOTE:: if you have a CBA account set up for M-Powered Payments and/or M-Powered Bank Statements, please also complete the   Change of Authorisers form [Commonwealth Bank ONLY] (PDF 192KB) so CBA can verify the bank account signatories on your account.

 

2. How do I reset or delete an authoriser?

If your M-Powered Authoriser has forgotten their password, or you wish to delete an existing authoriser, please complete the  Change of Authoriser Details form (PDF 53KB) . This form needs to be signed by the business owner/s & the authorisers reset (authorisers being deleted do not need to sign). The authoriser will also need to create an Authoriser Application Form from within the software. Please refer to the  Creating Authorisers for MYOB M-Powered Services (PDF 66KB) .

3. Who can sign the Change of Authoriser request?

The Change of Authoriser Details form must be signed by the business ower/s along with the authorisers being added or reset.

 

4. How do I find out who the current authorisers are?

The authorisers were originally nominated on your application when M-Powered was first established. If you're unsure of who was nominated, please contact M-Powered Services on 1300 555 931 Option 4.
You can also check who's currently set up in your software by looking in the M-Powered Service Centre.
Click on the M-Powered Services Setup drop down menu, select your M-Powered Service from the list, click on Maintain Authorisers, and the list of current authorisers will appear.

 

5. Do M-Powered Authorisers need to be bank account signatories?

Yes, all M-Powered Authorisers must be bank account signatories.

 

6. My authoriser is 'Locked'. What do I do?

Your authoriser will lock after 5 failed attempts of entering the password. In order to reactivate your authoriser status, you will need to complete the  Change of Authoriser Details form (PDF 53KB) . This form needs to be signed by the business owner/s & the authorisers. The authoriser will also need to create an Authoriser Application Form from within the software. Please refer to the  Creating Authorisers for MYOB M-Powered Services (PDF 66KB) .
