We wouldn’t be where we are today without listening to your needs. So, another initiative we run is the MYOB Client Insights Panel, an online research panel of our clients and partners including Business Owners, Accountants and Bookkeepers. It’s an ongoing project that enables people just like you to influence MYOB’s business decisions, which helps us ensure we make your business life easier.
The panel has almost 5000 members (and counting!) who have agreed to be part of a very special relationship with MYOB – they provide regular feedback on various client experience areas and suggest new ideas to inform the direction of MYOB software and services. From time to time members are invited to participate in online focus groups, surveys, forums and face to face interviews to discuss these things more deeply with one another and with MYOB team members. Insights gathered from this research feed directly into MYOB decision making right across the business, including product, marketing, brand and executive level decisions.
