Tracking assets is important for any business, regardless of size. AssetManager Pro allows you to track your assets by location; split assets into components even give responsibility to a group or custodian for full visibility and accountability.

Stay up to date with legislation

AssetManager Pro complies with Simplified Tax System (STS) rules as part of the Uniform Capital Allowances (UCA) legislation. This means it makes it easy to set up and operate under the two STS and Non-STS regimes. 

It also gives you the flexibility to move smoothly between the two regimes (should you need to), by giving you an option to choose your business type each financial year. 

Easily print asset and depreciation reports

AssetManager Pro comes with a wide range of reports to help meet your asset management and depreciation requirements. Print asset lists, service reports, tax reports and reports that identify which items are in your asset pools – everything that will make your accountant happy at tax time.

If you’re a Non-STS business, you can also generate Capital Allowance Schedule worksheets (based on the details entered when you acquire the asset) automatically.
 

Please note: AssetManager Pro is not suitable for primary producers, for businesses that require project pooling or for businesses that have to calculate depreciation according to capital works provisions.
